THE PROVIDER MEANS COVENTRY MINI SKIPS.

THE CUSTOMER MEANS THE CUSTOMER OF THE PROVIDER.
 
Booking a skip.
When you book and pay for a skip, the customer is legally entering into a contract and agrees to all of the providers Terms and Conditions.
 
Payment.
Payment is required on delivery.
 
Refunds.
Skips that have been delivered and not used then are cancelled will be charged at £10.00 per day and that money will be deducted from the way of payment.
 
Duration of hire.
The skip Hire is for up to 7 or 14 days. Extra days are £10.00 per day if available. At the end of the agreed skip Hire and the provider does not have any communication with or from the customer to collect the skip, if the skip has or has not been used The provider will redeem the skip and end the contract. 
 
Times agreed.
The times agreed for delivery/exchange/collection can change due to any unforeseen circumstances. If this is to happen the provider will not accept or be liable for any losses the customer may occur.
 
Delivery/exchange/collection.
On the day of the customers service, the provider will require and need access to the location where the skip is placed or to be placed, if anything is blocking or obstruction this path the customer must inform the provider of this soon as possible, in any failure of any service will only cause delays in the service to the customer. Collections are between Monday – Friday 9-4pm only.
 
Usage of the skip.

 Skips are for general mixed house hold waste, bricks, soil, hardcore waste, no full loads of heavy waste.
Heavy Waste.
includes but not limited to, bricks, soil, hardcore, wet concrete.
 
  
Overloading.
An overloaded skip that is filled above the level load only line is not acceptable by the provider and collection will be refused in till the skip is level loaded or an extra charge of £100.00 is paid. If the customer does not pay or take the extra waste of the skip, then the provider will remove items to the level load only line of the agreed terms.
 
Contents of the skip.
The contents in the skip belongs to the customer at all times. Regardless of who ever filled it whilst the skip is in the possession of the customer. When the provider agrees to collect and take the skip away the contents of the skip then becomes the  property of the provider.
 
Prohibited items.
At all times whilst the skip is in the possession of the customer the following items “but not limited to” should not be put in to the skip.
 
  • Fridge freezers.  
  • Asbestos.        
  • Car tyres. 
  • Large sofas             
  • Plaster board. 
  • Wet concrete.
  • Dangerous / harmful or explosive items. 
 
Responsibilities liability.
The skip will remain at the address and location it was delivered to and must not be moved by any person but the provider as this can cause issues when collecting. No fires should be lit in the skip or by the skip, anything in the skip is the responsibility of the customer until the skip is collected. The provider will not accept any liability for any damage caused to neighbouring property’s, customer property, telephone lines, driveways, Private and council public foot paths, grass verges, kerbs, or any other land crossed in pursuit of fulfilling our services on behalf the customer. Any damaged caused to the skip by fire, mechanical equipment, or any wet waste drying and sticking to the skip will be charged £600.00 to replace the skip with a new skip.
 
Consequential losses.
The provider will not be liable for any expenses, liability, loss, claim proceeding, caused by or arising out of late delivery, late collection, stoppage of taking or collecting the skip from the customer.
 
Disputes.
If any problems occur whilst the customer has the skip. The provider will try to resolve any issue the best they can, if the provider and the customer cannot reach an agreement. Then the provider will return the customers property and redeem the skip at any time they seem appropriate and not or partially refund any money back to the customer.
